We’re particularly proud that Brighton College chose us for this initiative because of our long-standing relationship with schools across Sussex. Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open exclusively to schools and educational institutions located in Sussex, UK
Applicants must be authorised representatives of their school
Schools must have the capability to safely install and use the equipment
Multiple applications from the same school will be combined into a single entry

2. The Screens

16 Clevertouch Laser Air+ 70″ screens are available
The screens are pre-owned, having been previously used by Brighton College
Screens are provided “as is” in good working condition
Some screens may not include all original accessories

3. Application Process

Applications must be submitted via the official form by 8th November 2024
All required fields must be completed
Applications will be assessed based on:
- Potential benefit to the school
- Current technological resources
- Proposed usage plans

4. Selection and Notification

Paper Plus will review all applications and make final decisions
Selected schools will be notified by the 14th November
Decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into
Unsuccessful applicants will also be notified

5. Installation and Equipment Requirements

Recipients are responsible for:
- Purchasing appropriate stands or mounting solutions
- Ensuring suitable power supply and connectivity
- Safe installation and mounting
- Ongoing maintenance
Paper Plus is not responsible for physical installation

6. Collection/Delivery

Delivery will be arranged for late November/early December 2024
Recipients must ensure appropriate access and assistance for delivery
Schools must be able to accept delivery during normal working hours
A designated person must be available to sign for receipt

7. Liability and Warranties

The screens are provided without warranty
Paper Plus is not liable for:
- Installation costs or complications
- Any damage occurring during normal use
- Technical issues or maintenance requirements
- Any indirect or consequential losses
Recipients are advised to arrange appropriate insurance coverage

8. Data Protection

Personal information collected will be used solely for:
- Processing applications
- Communicating with applicants
- Arranging delivery if successful
- Marketing where consent has been given
Information will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations
Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for delivery

9. Marketing

Paper Plus may wish to publicise the giveaway and its recipients
Schools may be asked to participate in promotional activities
Any publicity will be agreed with recipients in advance

10. General

Paper Plus reserves the right to:
- Verify any information provided in applications
- Modify these terms and conditions if necessary
- Cancel or modify the giveaway if circumstances require
