Improvements to our Delivery Service

We’ve upgraded our systems so that all of our customers now receive delivery notifications for their upcoming orders.

Customers in Sussex and the surrounding areas, who receive their deliveries from our Paper Plus delivery team, will now receive email alerts on the day of delivery as follows…

  • Email 1 on the morning that your delivery is due, containing 1 to 2 hour delivery window.
  • Email 2 when your order is next in line to be delivered.
  • Email 3 once your delivery is complete, with proof of delivery.

We hope this brings you, our customers, reassurance that your delivery is on its way and prevents you waiting around for your order to arrive!

Please ensure, when you place your order, that we have the correct email address so that we can keep the right person updated. If you order online and your account email address is different to the order recipient then please contact us so that we can update your order details.

Customers outside of our local delivery area who receive their orders from third party delivery companies will continue to receive tracking details direct from the third party courier.
